2016 Scott Foil
While it was announced a few weeks ago, we finally got a look at the full Scott Foil lineup at #scottweek in Park Cities, Utah. The Foil is all-new for 2016, providing a significantly more aerodynamic product than the previous Foil and a top-level performer in the aero road bike category.
The 2016 Foil comes in three options, starting at just under $5000.
The 2016 Foil 10, priced at $4799.99 features the new Foil HMF frame painted black and yellow with a traditional set of Syncros RR2.0 road bars, a Shimano Ultegra 6870 electronic groupset, and Syncros RR2.0 wheels.
The 2016 Foil Team Issue, priced at $7999.99, features the Foil HMX frame painted black and green, weighing in at under 1000g - an impressive feat for an aero road bike. It also has the new pseudo-integrated Syncros RR1.1 handlebars, Zipp 60 wheels, and a Dura-Ace 9000 mechanical groupset.
At the top-of-the-line, the 2016 Foil Premium, priced at $11999.99, also features a foil HMX frameset painted black and orange and Syncros RR1.1 bars. The wheels are upgraded to Zipp 404s and the Premium arrives with a Dura-Ace 9070 electronic groupset.
